Chinese Beef Noodle Soup
Recipe 1
- 3lbs Beef Brisket, cut into cubes
- 3 Green Onion
- 4" Fresh Ginger (sliced)
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup Rice Wine
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- 3 tablespoons of sesami oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup soy source
- 8 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Black been source
- 2 tablespoons Spicy Black Been source
- Beef Stewing Herbs (bag avalible from chinese super market)
- Wide chinese noodle (made from wheat flour)

Neilson's Beef Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3lbs Beef Brisket, cut into cubes
- 3 Beef Shank
- 1 Large Beef Bone
- 3 Green Onion
- 4" Fresh Ginger (sliced)
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 cup Rice Wine
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- 3 tablespoons of sesami oil
- 1/4-1/2 cup soy source
- 8 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Black been source
- 2 tablespoons Spicy Black Been source
- Beef Stewing Herbs (bag avalible from chinese super market)
- Wide chinese noodle (made from wheat flour)
Stew Shank Dressing
- 4 tablespoons of stewed soup
- 1 tablespoon, Spicy and hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons corn starch
- Clean brisket
- Boil water, add 1/4 of the ginger
- Add beef to boiling water for about 2 minutes (removes the blood)
- Remove the beef from the point and wash with cold water
- Heat sesami oil on a pot
- When the oil is hot, add the spring onions, then ginger, then garlic.
- Cook until the spring onion is brown
- Add the beed beef brisket
- Wait until brisket is brown,
- Add water, rice wine, soy sauce, sugar,
black bean sauce, spicy black bean sauce, stewing herbs
- Add beef shank
- Add bone
- Wait until water is boiling then turn the heat down
- Cover and cook
- Remove shank and refrigerate
- after about 1 hour, remove the shank
- leave shank to cool
- place in refigerator
- Cook the brisket on low heat, until soft (1-4 hours)
- Cook noodles in a seperate pot (5-15 minutes)
- Add brisket and stew, sprinkle with spring onion and serve
